Things change, all the time, every day, and our whole existence is in a constant, continuous process of change, and so is Algeco.

We have now been in a 2-year period of pandemic -with isolation and home office and little physical contact. In addition, we have had big changes in the job situation, with the merging of companies and Nordic structure. People do not like change. Not all. You get scared, lose your mood and health. You fear that you will lose your job, your income, and the opportunity to support your family. Not everyone copes with change equally well, and one can be doubtful about both direction and pace.

As a company, we want to do the best for our employees. We want employees who feel good about themselves. Who thrive and feel useful and are safe.

Do you need someone to talk to?

A good conversation over a cup of coffee with a colleague is enough for some. Others want to contact professional interlocutors. It is NOT a weakness to take this call. It is a strength to be able to realize that you need advice to sort thoughts and see solutions.
