Nordic Group Controller

We are looking for a Nordic Group Controller


Algeco Nordic is growing strongly and is therefore looking for an ambitious, professionally strong and business-oriented Group Controller for our Nordic team. As Nordic Group Controller, you will have a central and important role with, among other things, responsibility for managing the budget and the forecasting process and reporting for the Nordic region. The position will provide very good experience in financial management and financial analysis, as well as a good understanding of the business drivers in the business. You will work closely with the rest of the Nordic finance team to ensure high and timely quality of our reports.

• Generate monthly forecasts and put together reports from the entire Nordic Group
• Administer the annual budget process for all Nordic units
• Complete monthly and quarterly reports, including analysis and commentary
• Ensure that non-financial information, including the status of the rental units and the KPI is for these is analyzed and comes with the necessary quality and comments in time for the monthly and the quarterly reports
• Manage the budget process, ensure that all information from OBU (Operative Business Unit) is available to the given deadlines before the budget meetings
• Take responsibility for any new reporting requirements from the UK Group, to determine how this should be done prepared, analyzed and reported
• Collaborate actively with management, project managers and finance teams

• Experience from position as controller more than 5 years
• Fluent business communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages and in English (written and spoken)
• Education at college level, Bachelor degree or above, with financial subjects
• The necessary legal training to work in this role
• A high level of competence in the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of any necessary laws and regulations
